overlapping codes in coding reports

I've been using QualCoder for a few years now, after the experience of using a proprietary alternative. One of the features I miss is the possibility of having a coding report that lists specific situations of overlapping codes that I am interesting in.

When we select more than one code for a coding report, I suggest that we are allowed to specify whether the reports should show sections regarding 'code1' OR 'code2' (currently the only option) or regarding 'code1' AND 'code2'.

For example, I may have codes regarding different geographical areas and codes regarding different cultural practices. If I want to know which cultural practices occur in which geographical areas for example, this features would be really useful.
