Input pressure source shutoff valve doesn't seem to work reliably on v3.4 control board

Issue:

Error states are detected correctly when input pressure is too high, but the valve does not seem to turn off consistently.

Hardware

• Control board: v3.4
• Number of channels: 10

This could actually be a hardware issue if the MOSFET is broken.
