Heavily used-with packages with low MI do not appear in used with graph

E.g. Biostrings used with graph does not show Biobase; they're used often together, but with low mutual information, so the "just show top ten nodes" rule hides them.  That could be OK if explained better, or maybe there could be a toggle to show "highest use" instead of "highest MI"
