question about how to use the pba

To use GPU acceleration , i want to use pba instead of the ba in openmvg

according to the driver.cpp which is very few ,i converted the format from the openmvg to pba ,and after the calculation 。i convert the data back,such like this


but the final result is not exactly.
i wanna know which step i do is wrong , should i delete some measurement data.
