AgenticEDA: Scaffold JupyterLab Extension for future use #695
Description
The Agent will eventually be integrated as the backend of a JupyterLab extension.
The goal is to have a working JupyterLab extension with a basic chatbot frontend (TypeScript) and a barebones backend (Python) that the future Agentic EDA workflow can be integrated onto.
