Pitch Goal: Refine impressive happy path EDA demoes with AgenTUI

All the tools have been written, but bringing it all together for a cohesive demonstration, especially with GPT-4o-mini's limited capabilities. Here is an example of it not working, despite it running tools correctly:

GPT-5-mini would probably do the job, but it would take its own sweet time. Our end goal is to migrate to Gemini 3, but regardless of the backend, we should refine a few useful use cases that can be demonstrated to investors:

• Brainstorm few (~5) EDA use cases that can be demonstrated in 5 minutes
• Try to get AgenTUI powered by GPT-4o-mini (and Gemini 3 when it has been incorporated) to do the tasks thoroughly and without bugs
• Log the prompts eliciting incorrect responses in this spreadsheet
• Make sure to update all the relevant documentations like ARCHITECTURE.md and docs/STATE.md based on the changes you make to make the agent abide by the flow.
