KTLayoutManager - Hidden views are included in layout calculations

Steps:

1. Create 3 views, all floating left
2. Set the central view to hidden

Expected:
The rightmost view should float next to the left most, in place of the hidden view

Actual:
The hidden view's frame is included in layout, the rightmost still floats next to it's MaxX edge
