Add events for workflow execution succeeded or failed

Hi Devs,
It would be great to log/trigger event if workflow execution succeded or failed. May be a new plugin wants to know if a workflow succeeded or not and then want to send an action to external applicaton like n8n or activepieces to process an another workflow over there, I hope Moodle Workplace dynamic rules along with local-ifttt does the same thing so my point makes sense I hope so.

I would like to contribute to plugin if this makes sense to owners of the plugin. Please let me know if this would be good to go?

Hi Dan,
Thanks for suggesting the new plugin tool_dataflows. I have used that plugin but that is still not available on the Moodle plugin store, so it might be possible that a bigger audience is still using the tool_trigger plugin.
However i have achieved my goal with your suggested plugin.
