Archived submissions not pushed to external storage #26
Description
It's been found that Archived submissions that are stored in /var/lib/sitedata/submission folder on local disk are not being pushed to external storage. As the Archiving workflow is missing clean-up parts https://git.mahara.org/catalyst/mahara/-/issues/979 the files in /var/lib/sitedata/submission might accumulate to a significant size. For example, we have one site with 200+ GB of the Archived submissions. It would be great to have these files pushed to external storage to release the space on local disk.
