AbstractBehavior email function is not using the new templateRootPaths configuration

Since upgrading to 6.2, we are now able to specify multiple root paths for templates. The typoscript in cicregister has been upgraded to use this, but the sendTemplateEmail function in the AbstractBehavior class has not taken this into account. Until this is fixed, that function is broken.
