[Bug] NIP-07 fails when permission is "always allow"

Describe the bug

Using a NIP-07 browser extension signer, the wallet works great, requesting the NIP-98 balance and info correctly.

However, if the signer is set to "always allow" kind 27235 (NIP-98) events, the wallet shows no balance and no info.

To Reproduce

1. Login using NIP-07 - select to always allow these events
2. Refresh the page, wallet info and balance do not appear
3. Remove the always allow (eg set npub.cash site to 'ask')
4. sign in works (after allowing info and balance NIP-98s)

Your environment

Issue confirmed in Chrome and Safari (both on mac).
Chrome using NOX2X signer. Safari using NoStore.
