Better documentation comments

Available recipes:

I would like the ability to provide better doc comments for recipes than just the trailing style (which also comes after the args spec)

I'd ideally want something more like:

$ just --list
Available recipes:
    build REMOTE_PATH="*" LOCAL_PATH="./"
        build stuff
    test
        test stuff

ideally with multi-line support:

$ just --list
Available recipes:
    build REMOTE_PATH="*" LOCAL_PATH="./"
        build stuff
        REMOTE_PATH is the location on remote server
        default LOCAL_PATH can be used
    test
        test stuff
