monitor off and on

What I miss in this app is to setup time from 8:00 to 16:00  clock when task scheduler start app at computer startup it will turn on or off monitor.
So I can put it in task scheduler when computer start, monitor is off immediately from 8:00 until 16:00.
After 16:00 monitor is like usually.
