We may run out of space quickly on github if we keep uploading notebooks with images, plots, etc to the repo. An alternative path would be to generate the html based on the notebook runner we are already using and upload those to readthedocs for the documentation.
If people want to examine the notebook directly from the repo, they can just click the collab link and run from there.
