Prototype first workflow integration test

Prototype the first workflow integration test for a single-field cube imaging use-case. See RADPS roadmap ID 3.8.

Draft of steps needed for the implementation:

• Create a skeleton of the function calls to create the workflow for a single-field cube imaging.
• Provide appropriate input data and what is expected to be achieved with the test.
• Describe any analysis, statistic measurements to be done to certify the correctness of the test.
• Provide experience or documentation how to use Prefect to create the workflow and examples.
• Provide experience or documentation explaining how to use the Kubernetes cluster for this test.

• Define dependency mapping for the test.
  • which component branches to use (e.g. develop, main, feature branch);
  • which component versions to use;
• Define the GH action workflow to execute this test
  • define platform to run the test;
  • define python version(s);
