in game clock gets cut off

every time i play, half of the in game clock gets cut off at the bottom. even when i resize the screen and get rid of the taskbar it still gets cut off. can anyone help?

go to conf of your pc and disable "show taskbar" before you start utopia( you can activate again any moment)]
