Revisit "pink" timecodes and toggle between TCs

The cmd/ctrl + j toggle between timecodes would ideally be 3-way between the 3 types of timecodes. However, before doing this, the functionand utility of the pink "text-only" timecode should be discussed, perhaps re-thought or eliminated.
