Auto-scrolling the Notes Area

Thanks Zack: Segment markers and individual timecodes in the timeline are clickable. If I click a segment marker or individual timecode is clicked, the Notes Area auto-scrolls to that segment marker or individual timecode. This could be an option that is enabled/disabled in the Settings. By default, it should be enabled..
