Feature - Support Choc v2 (as well as v1) switches

I was wondering what it would take to support Kailh Choc v2 switches, from my understanding its a small change to the footprint (larger centre hole).

I Would you be happy for this change to be made, I'm happy to contribute and raise a Pull Request if you were willing to accept the changes. This would be my First Mechanical Keyboard build (although I've wanted to build one for quite a while) so I would appreciate an eye over any PR I do.

There are some issues with Choc v2 support:

• The standard Choc v2 switch has an additional pin meant for mechanical support, but its location opposite to the existing pins means accommodating it in the PCB footprint would conflict with the MCU and battery
  • Newer POM Choc v2 switches don't have that pin but older ones still do; it's bit of a mess
• There is no 18x17mm Choc spaced keycap with MX-style stem that you could buy off the shelf so the only option is 3D-printing basically

With these considerations I feel like the list of caveats with Choc v2 support would just be too long.

Another issue (found designing a new PCB for #16 as I tried this) is the larger central hole at 5mm rather than 3.4mm would overlap with the controller pads for the corner key (Qwerty Q / P), so this wouldn't be possible without making the case bigger.
