Question about dataset license for academic competition

Thank you for sharing this valuable PolymerGCN project! I am a student participating in a Kaggle competition on polymer property prediction, and I found your SMILESwithAllProps.csv dataset to be very relevant and helpful.

I could not find a LICENSE file in the repository. Would you be able to clarify the license for this dataset? Specifically, would it be permissible for me to use this data as part of my training set for the competition?
