[github] How “mytable” function (“moonBook” package) deal with unordered and ordered categorical variables simultaneously
Dear Dr. Moon,
I am a user of “moonBook” package from China.
To my knowledge, the Cochran-Mantel-Haenszel (CMH) test is the method for the analysis of stratified or matched categorical data, which is different from Pearson’s chi-square test. As there are unordered (e.g. surgery, tumor site) and ordered categorical variables (e.g. tumor stage, age group) in my dataset, I wonder how to use “mytable” function to deal with both of them simultaneously.
