Improve Traceback if someone mixes up the order of arguments for addsticker

Current situation:

# Correct invocation:

# If you fuck up the order:
/addsticker 🤠 my_sticker_pack

This traceback could be more dynamic in order to make better suggestions

Since this is a small issue I believe we should hand it to someone new at hacktoberfest, someone who is not used to creating environments, PR's, running tests, and that sort of thing
