YSFlight: Controls for ailerons and elevator not working in "Landing Practice" mode

YSFlight version: 20181124 (stable)

OS: Linux, x86_64 (Debian 9.x)

Actual behavior

In "Landing Practice" mode controls for ailerons and elevator not working — when press assigned shortcuts there are NO any effect. Other shortcuts seems like work as expected.

I detect this bug since 2017 test versions.

Expected behavior

All shortcuts related to ailerons and elevator control should work as expected in "Landing Practice" mode.
