It is not clear for me how I get the factory ID?

The factoryId is returned by making a call to an off-ledger endpoint.

The specific URL to call depends on the asset you want to transfer, as it is exposed by the app that manages those assets.

For Canton Coin --> this is returned by making a call to Scan API (or better, Scan proxy)
