Upgrade doc starter pack and enable automated spelling check

In #717 I partially upgraded the starter pack, bringing in selected changes from the upcoming release. After the release (of version 1.3.0 presumably) fully upgrade the starter pack in Pebble and enable the latest automated spelling check.

This is best tackled with two PRs:

• #775 (merge first), which fixes spelling/formatting and adds spelling exceptions
• #774, which updates the starter pack and enables the new spelling check in CI. The spelling check currently fails, as expected
