Downloads for defaultSecuritydescriptor CSV templates appear broken

When you click on the Default SD tab and click on Download CSV Templates and click on any of the links, they all return the error Download failed! Wrong URI or file type as shown below. Tested in the latest version, 8.6 on Server 2022

Looking at the code, the path to 2019 for example does appear to be good and works when pasted into browser (I spot typo in DefaultSecuriyDescriptors, but seems irrelevant to the issue at hand)

Found another place that this returns the same error - maybe all download CSV functionality is impacted?

I have problems to reproduce the error. I do not have Windows Server 2022 available at the moment , but have tested on both 2019 and 2025 at it works fine in my testing. Does you environment make use of a proxy or proxy script to connect to internet?
