Set up the calls for LocationInsights

Problem description
Current link provided in the README is not valid
There is also no meeting in CAMARA Community Calendar

Expected action
Set up regular meetings.
Agree if Device Visit Location API should be discussed in the same meeting.

@rartych Calls were removed due to the lack of activity and participants in the WG.
What we can do is include a message to indicate that the calls would be on-demand if a member of the WG requests it. As it has been done for example in Home Devices QoD

If the meetings are on-demand, please make sure you send an email to support@camaraproject.org at least 48 hours before the meeting takes place.
