Support for managing multiple devices

Problem description

Currently, the Accesses API needs to be called multiple times subsequently, when multiple devices should get access to the network (one Accesses API call for each device). It is beneficial to allow managing of device groups.

Possible evolution

Add support for managing the access of multiple devices within one API call.
