Description field deletion doesn't work

It always deleted the last item. Fixed in Zenodo, so should be able to find fix and backport.

It's a refresh issue with TinyMCE. The underlying deletion behavior works, and can be viewed by clicking "Save draft"/ Issue is with RDM inveniosoftware/invenio-app-rdm#3233
