helptext.ts, helptext.py and helptext.go

I've adopted the practice of including my help text in a specific file to make it easier to manage.  These are very formulaic and would be nice to generate from `cmt`. The always have a `helpFmt` function and the `helpText` or similar constant holding the Pandoc man page friendly CommonMark markup.
