Instant help presumes player starts with Valley of Dying Things

The very first help dialog tells you to 'explore this fort, and get your orders' which is specific to VoDT/Fort Talrus. It should also make sense in other beginner scenarios, especially the tutorial.

I wonder if there are other help messages that only make sense if you're in VoDT. Worth looking through them.

Noticing now that (on Mac at least) it's not correct that the preferences screen is opened from the Options menu. It's under the "Blades of Exile" menu.

That's because I altered it a long time ago to conform with the MacOS human interface guidelines.

I made it so scenario.xml can contain an addendum for the very first help message. VoDT, ASR, and ZKR say different but sensible things for it. The tutorial will, too. Other scenarios don't add anything extra.
