cannot properly filter responses for GET /recipes/ #35
Description
When I run GET /recipes/ I don't have proper filtering for the 'cuisine' and 'meal_type' parameters. I tried to filter using 'Mexican' as the cuisine filter, and all three recipes that are in the database were still shown (Pasta with Olive Oil and Garlic, Korean Beef Tacos, Chorizo Street Tacos). Same thing occurred when I used the 'meal_type' filter.
