Add the ability to change the NPC skins

The Citizens plug-in has this ability already and it would be nice to see in RoleCraft so that the priests/villagers don't all look the same.

You can change the profession with /vg toggle.

With Citizens you do /npc skin <some-persons-player-name> -p and it grabs the skin that player currently has registered to their account and saves it for the NPC.

This basically allows NPCs to be skinned with any MC skin.
