Should we use Prettier for the whole project? #62

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently we have a default Stylelint configuration for Normandy. However, we introduced Prettier in our documentation, as it comes with Vuepress.
Describe the solution you'd like
I feel Prettier is the right choice nowadays with regard code formatting. Thus, I'd suggest extending Prettier to all project.
Describe alternatives you've considered
We could achieve so by integrating Stylelint with Prettier, or by ditching Stylelint completely.
Additional context
Extending Prettier should be as easy as removing the /docs prefix on the linting and precommit tasks on package.json.
Thoughts on this?
