Open Discussion: Remove Tools layer?

Tools layer has proven quite useless given that we usually avoid mixins in our codebase. Thus, removing a whole layer would simplify the project, easing its onboarding.

So, the proposal is to remove 2-Tools, and rename all other layers.

This would be - obvs- a breaking change.
