[FEATURE] look into adding runnable code env's

Feature Description

Exposing runnable code env's as an optional way for the agents to interact with code could be very useful. Unclear what the best way to do this is, exactly. Might require public repo (or setting up SSH key for the agents for each repo which would be annoying). Also, doing this locally will be a massive pain. Very likely that using GCP or something would work much better. TBD
