[feat] Feedback on Current Gap Analysis Report

• Really like the ability to mouse-hover the Factors at the top to see their descriptions. Wondering if we can steal this and show a similar mouse-over for the individual Delta values? We can currently see the colors and compare to the legend at the bottom, but would be nice to be able to hover and see (to two decimal points of precision) the exact calculated deltas.
• Similarly, trying to consider ways to show the largest absolute Deltas: Want to try to highlight which factors have the largest deltas, and similarly show which groups are the largest outliers.
• Commentary: How much is this already accomplished by the Heatmap view?
• Assuming in this instance we quantify "Outlier group" as largest average delta across all Factors, since the existing Gap Analysis essentially already shows this on a per-factor basis.
