[feat] Priority Visualizations for Reports

Prioritizing the visualizations for Reports within EMPACT:

1. Heat-map (FICO like scoring; from original IP2M publication)
2. Gap Analysis chart
3. Population Density Chart

See internal Mattermost channel for a PowerPoint containing examples for these visualizations, these are the three styles that are approved to begin development.

Additional request to link to the published ASU Research from the Reports field. Intention is to direct EMPACT users to the original source of the different visualizations, and offer better appreciation and understanding for the why behind everything and how it came about.
