How to create a Caesar.Team account

Get started with Caesar.Team by creating your personal account!

Once your company has purchased Caesar.Team, you can create an account by yourself using your corporate email address.

Please go through all registration steps thoughtfully!

Create a Caesar.Team account by yourself

  1. Click on Sign up at the login page or click on Log in with Google if you have a Google account.

  2. If you chose the Sign up button, fill in your Email address, set your account password, ****and confirm it, then click on Sign Up.

  1. To proceed with the registration you have to follow the link in the registration email. After you follow the link to the Sign in page, enter your email address and account password and click on Sign in.

  2. You will be redirected to the Two Factor Authentication (2FA) step. Please follow instructions that you see on the screen. If you do not want to go through 2FA every time you sign in, tick the box Remember me.

Click on Continue to proceed to the next step.

  1. Make sure you have the backup codes saved or printed (you will need them in case you lose your device).

Tick the box I have printed or saved these codes to continue.

  1. Set your master password: you can set it manually or generate it (press the cube icon to generate your master password).

Click on Copy Password & Continue (Make sure you saved your master password someplace safe: you will not be able to access the application if you lose or forget your master password).

  1. Confirm the master password and click on Confirm

  1. ****You will be redirected to the dashboard, and you can work with your sensitive data now!

Create a Caesar.Team account with an invitation link

If you are not a part of a company and you need access to the application, you can sign up via an invitation link (you can receive it, if someone shares sensitive data with you).

  1. Once someone shares sensitive data with you, you will receive an invitation. Click on Join Caesar.Team in the email.

  1. You can set Two Factor authentication as described above.

  2. You need to set your account password and confirm it.

  1. You need to set your master password as described above.

  2. ****You will be redirected to the dashboard, and you can work with your sensitive data now!
