erratic lfo min max output.

Hi, first question :)
Having a lot of fun with cables, totally addicted since last week or so.
Wanted to create an endless loop and record it accurately looping. Beeing a synth person, LFO looked attractive to control this. I also had blenders sin() driver expression in mind. But I noticed skips or missing frames.
Also, when I attach a >0 expression to the LFO output, it only evaluates to false in the first cycle and almost never again.
So I dug a little deeper and created an example, that shows what is going on. Is this a bug or can somebody point me to a timing documentation or similar, that explains why I never catch 0 again?
