Using a shape to mask or reveal an image #1043

Hello cablers, I'm trying to setup a mask using a shape to either reveal or mask an image. Ideally what i'd like is for a shape to reveal an image through said shape over the top of another image, with the shape controlled by cursor. I think I can work out the cursor stuff fine but after many attempts using the alphamask op to apply a mask via a shape I can't get it to work. Has anyone achieved this? |

in a imagecompose context, you can easyly take any texture and use it as a mask, it has an input for that |

Thank you Andro! Apologies for my ambiguity. I struggled to articulate exactly what I meant – but on first inspection you've nailed it for me. Thanks so much! |
