Improve CLI behavior

The application is blocking the command line and outputting debug logs after start.

Instead, it has to free the command line to enable the user to use it again for other stuff and also there shall no output appear on the command line.

Actually, I was hoping, mdview would at least output some warnings/errors on command line, but nothing (v3.1.1)

If the path to the EXE file is enclosed with quote characters, it is necessary in PowerShell to put an ampersand & before that.

But the Windows command window behaves improperly with handling the output. For that reason, I added a batch file as workaround mdview-cli.cmd.

So, so far, it works 🙂
