Clean and Document Code

• Using better naming conventions for readability
• Comments throughout
• Roxygen style documents so the user can use ? to get info on user facing functions as well as have all appropriate packages installed with imabc
• Paper in journal of statistical software or somewhere else
• Various places where the algorithm uses an inefficient method for doing something
