Does this still work?

I tried using the `bzl` CLI today for local caching and it completely bricked my iTerm and Chrome installation. Is this product/CLI still supported or is bzl.io not legitimate anymore? bzl.io and stack.build seem to be under different registrars, which is a little iffy.
