Problem

Numen has no UI to manage or configure Spaces. The spaces table exists but there is no admin interface.

Impact (P0)

Multiple features depend on space context:

• Webhooks shows 403 No accessible space found
• Media Library needs space context
• i18n locale settings are space-scoped
• Content operations require a space

Without space management, the admin panel is partially broken after fresh deploy.

Requirements

• SpaceAdminController — CRUD for spaces
• Vue Pages — Spaces/Index, Spaces/Edit, Spaces/Create
• Space Switcher — dropdown in MainLayout.vue header
• Space Settings — name, default locale, AI provider config per space
• Default Space Seeder — auto-create on fresh install
• Middleware — resolve current space from session/header, inject into request
