broken dependency

ImportError
No module named libvirt

happens here
pcp/wsgiadmin/virt/utils.py
import libvirt

not sure how to install libvirt into virtualenv, there doesn't seem to be anything on pip.

It's part of system's libvirt package. Install libvirt package to your Linux and copy libvirt.py from /usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/libvirt.py to pcp's virtualenv.
