HI, How to work with proteus spp.

I have samples of proteus spp. which i want to analyse the mlst result. But couldn't find the organism from the database. Is there any suggestion how to overcome this challenge, if possible with the possible command i can use, thanks in advance.

No MLST schema and cgMLST schéma exist for Proteus. That why import command doesn't work.

You can make cgMLST analysis by using create command with a multifasta files containing genes from a close reference Proteus genome.
