Playlists

Add playlists to the app. Allow the user to create and edit playlists from songs in spotyfi.

• playlists table
• some way to represents songs in playlists (maybe a list or queue of song indices?)
• A page where users can view/create/edit playlists
• allow users to specify order of playlist
• allow users to shuffle play a playlist
