Want to remove outdated template from theme

We need to remove the following file from the theme:

{theme folder}/woocommerce/emails/customer-completed-order.php

This file adds an outdated promotion to all completed emails.

This would have been better implemented as a snippet or at least as a configurable option. Will do before next release!
