Add classes for button-branded dividers and flourishes

Add a series of button-themed dividers and flourish options to the website. These are best implemented as classes.

Gold Button flourish for text/paragraph:

Gold Vertical Button divider:

White Button flourish for buttons:

Black horizontal Button divider:

Sam specifically preferred the top two to be implemented in-place (Gold button flourish on Featured slider, vertical gold flourish on Latest News).
